TiE Dallas Angels is a flagship program under TiE Dallas designed to raise capital for high growth startups based in Texas, specifically the Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex.
ANGEL MEMBERS
TiE Dallas Angels is currently seeking new Angel investors interested in investing in rapidly growing ventures in the Dallas-Fort Worth community.
TiE Angels are accredited investors that agree to invest at least $5,000 per year in addition to initiation fee of $500. If you’d like to become an Angel investor, please fill out the and Membership Agreement and email it to [email protected]. Then please fill out and submit the Investor Questionnaire.
FUNDING/INVESTMENT CRITERIA
TiE Dallas Angels are always seeking new opportunities to help a local startup succeed. We are currently looking for companies that satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Revenue traction of at least 6 months
- Revenue of at least $250K
- Currently in Seed, Post Seed, or Series A stage with 50% of the round raised
- Seeking between $250K and $3M in funding
- Have a full-time founder
- Located in the DFW metroplex or Texas at large
- Lead investor is identified and has set terms and legal documents ready
